If your pet becomes unwell or has an accident outside our normal opening hours, emergency care is provided by My Pets Vets.

They look after pets during the night, at weekends, and on bank holidays, so help is always available when we’re closed.

How it works

When we’re closed, My Pets Vets take over our emergency cover.

It’s always best to call us first — if we’re unavailable, our answerphone will direct you to the correct out-of-hours service.

This arrangement allows our daytime team to be well-rested, so we can continue providing high-quality care during normal hours.

Fees & insurance

Out-of-hours and emergency appointments cost more than routine daytime visits.

Any fees will be explained clearly before treatment begins. We recommend pet insurance to help give peace of mind should your pet need care at any time of day or night.
